I made an appointment on Monday, 5/5 to put my van in for service on Friday, 5/9. I arrived at 7:45AM this morning, thinking they would open at 8AM. As of 8:30AM, the facility is still roped-off. I have called multiple times and there is no answer. Very disappointing as I was servicing my vehicle for a trip next week. I know things happen that are not within a business' control. But at a minimum, call and cancel appointments or leave a recording on your business phone.

One of my employees broke down while working out of state. Had truck towed to this shop for repairs. The shop attempted to charge me $300 for a battery and $230 for labor to change the battery. When I spoke to my employee, I told him absolutely. Not I know the batteries could there's nothing wrong with. The fuel pump was the issue . So upon ordering the part the shop ordered the most expensive fuel pump on market. About $500 and then proceeded to charge me $625 for said pump a 25% markup. When I asked them why they would charge a hundred and twenty five dollars when they told us not to worry about it that they would get the parts not realizing it would be and extra 125 for them to place a call. We got stranded in town on our way home from out of state when a belt on the motor snapped. They took care of us very quickly in order to help get us back home as we were still 2.5 hours away from home. One of the things I loved the most is that they called us throughout the process to keep us informed of any issues they ran into and were great with communicating, which in my experience is hard to find in this business. The were professional, courteous, and quick! Also, their pricing was amazing! I expected to pay well over what they actually charged for my service which was wonderful considering we had to pay for a hotel room and a car repair that we were not prepared for. I left a voice mail for a quote with the make and model and my phone number, but I never got a return call. Guess they are so good they don't need new customers.
