Everyone was warm, friendly and professional. The services I received were handled quickly and with care. I did not, however, care for the individual that was posted up outside the service center who tried to tell me I need a new windshield. I found that a bit disturbing since mine was perfectly intact.

I’m writing to share my recent experience regarding a recall appointment for my vehicle. I took time off from work to bring my car in for a scheduled recall service. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the necessary part was not available and that the appointment could not be completed. I was also told that the recall was not showing in the system, despite having scheduled the appointment specifically for that issue. What was most disappointing is that I was not contacted in advance to inform me that the part was unavailable. A simple phone call could have saved me the inconvenience of taking time off unnecessarily. Been going to Jenkins for years now. I’ve bought 2 Hyundai’s here. They do my maintenance here. I don’t like to wait for a vehicle, but when I have, they were true to their word of time. I usually drop off past hours, they have a drop box, or drop it first thing in the morning. I usually don’t ask how long. If I drop it off, I’m not worried about the time. It doesn’t seem like they wait to get things done. I’ve been happy with the timeline of completing my vehicles. The service people have always been kind & courteous. I LOVE that they washed my car last time, without me asking😊 We live in the country & it’s always dirty.
