Jenkins Nissan of Leesburg Service

Just bought a 2026 Rogue Platinum from Jenkins Nissan. My fourth Rogue. First two were purchased in Clermont, but once we experienced the superior customer service team and sales team, we will be staying with Jenkins in Leesburg. Our sales representative, Kole Fisher, went above and beyond to help us procure the car we loved. I recommend this dealership to anyone contemplating a purchase. The service department is always on top of things and gets you out in a reasonable time.

I want to thank service advisor Kyle Mohan. He went above and beyond what others have done. He made sure I was well taken care of and kept me informed during the whole process. I was able to get my car back quicker than I thought and just I'm very thankful that he was so helpful for me.

I would say the overall experience was ok. I had my oil changed & asked for them to wash my car too. Apparently, part of the oil change includes checking the air pressure in one’s tires. My tires were at the recommended psi of 32 ,that morning, when I handed my kegs over to the service agent. I know this, because I keep my dash setting on the “tire pressure” setting. When my car was returned to me, the dash setting had been changed, so the tire pressure setting was not visible. About halfway home, while at a light, I re-programmed my dash, to bring up the tire pressures. I was shocked to discover, that all four of my tires had been over inflated by 22 pounds.(See picture) This is concerning, as Nissans technicians, should know where to look for this information. Late 5pm appointment. Wasn’t aware hours had been extended til6pm so that was nice. They were a little short handed at that time but I patiently waited. Was attended to in about 5-10 minutes and decided to go with the BOGO oil change. Was informed my 60k service was due and info would be provided as to what was needed after my multi point inspection and oil change was complete.I was provided 3 things that need to be completed. I’ll be getting one done in the next few days but the others may have to look elsewhere. The prices they charge for a coolant exchange is outrageous.

This is my 2nd experience w Jenkins Nissan Service department and another 5-star review! Again my service was a great price (check this website for promos) and finished earlier than promised. Henry the service manager is the best!
