Horrible dealership, don't purchase from any Jenkins dealerships. They over price their services on repairs. For instance our ac had a leak, it was 700 to fill it back up and then I had to return once it started to leak again to have the leak located and fixed plus fill up again. The Kia dealership nextdoor offered the same repair for 300. When we had other issues they quoted prices extremely high. You always have to pay the diagnostic fee, if you don't they hold the car hostage. Even when they say they will waive the fee if you get the repairs. Very shady work, they take the car into a closed garage for the repairs then come to you with a huge estimate. I take my cars to Kia dealership now, where I can watch the repairs and the estimates are more realistic.

Vegas and Dean were phenomenal! They went to bat for me and my family! They got me into the car I wanted for the down payment I could afford and for a very low interest rate. Oh, and now I am a member of a credit union. This is the only place to go for your next car. They are professional, courteous, and personable. The most enjoyable car purchase experience I have had to date.

After shopping around we decided to give Jenkins used car outlet a shot and we don't regret it. I have to say Vegas is amazing so is the manager. They listened to what we wanted, what was our budget and from there came with great recommendations. They made sure that we were getting what we really wanted and worked hard for the numbers we needed. I would recommend them 200% to anyone. Keep up the great service!

One of the nicest places i’ve ever been. Vegas helped us immensely trying to find a great car that wouldn’t hurt our credit but instead build it. He went out of his way and over the top in customer service. I highly recommend going here if you’re trying to find a car in your budget. He’s not pushy, but incredibly helpful and patient. If your new to car shopping take a trip here, they not only help you find the right fit for you, but teach you what to look for and what to avoid. Great service and a great person overall. Initially, the tax and license costs were manageable. However, as they started tacking on dealer fees and other extras, the price quickly became inflated, with these added charges seemingly aimed at boosting their profits. This turned the seemingly fair price into a much higher one due to thousands of dollars in additional costs. Eventually, I decided to explore other options and ended up purchasing a comparable vehicle from a different dealer at the same base price. This decision allowed me to save $2500 in dealer fees.
