We had a good overall experience at this shop. At the beginning there was some confusion about the service we requested, and the first set of tires we chose were not the correct fit for our vehicle. However, everything was clarified quickly, and the team worked to find the right tires for us. They were also able to adjust the new tires to match the “buy 3, get 1 free” promotion, which we really appreciated. Ivan assisted us throughout the process and made a big difference. He was professional, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We especially appreciated that he helped us in Spanish, which made the experience much more comfortable for us. In the end, we’re satisfied with the service and the way they handled everything.

So far, I’ve only had a positive experience. Whenever I call, which is not often, they always answer my questions and help the best of their ability. I love my Cross Sport.
