My vehicle was towed to the Jerry Graham Auto Body Shop after being hit in a pretty bad accident. They quickly put together an estimate for my insurance company. Unfortunately, it was a total loss. It was really upsetting for me because I loved that car (if you can love a car). The staff could not have been more professional as well as kind to me. Sarah and Liz greeted me at the reception desk and explained the whole process in detail. They went above and beyond to make me feel everything was going to be OK. I was introduced to Hector Quiroz, the General Manager and he could not have been nicer. He walked me to my damaged car and even showed me the shop where they would be putting together the estimate. Everything looked clean and organized and his team was busy working on several vehicles

Extremely disappointing experience. I waited over 30 minutes in the lobby before anyone helped me. When someone finally spoke to me, instead of listening, they questioned everything I said as if they had been there or were the ones filing the claim. I was told I would receive the estimate by Friday, but it took two full weeks before anything was sent. When I finally received it, the estimate only included a few of the issues and felt incomplete, as if they only added what they wanted. The situation became even more frustrating when they called me to lecture me instead of addressing the problem professionally. Completely unprofessional service and a very poor customer experience.

The folks here are truly the most wonderful people! I bought in my car that was less than a year old that had some pretty bad sensor and mechanical damage from a fender bender with a hitch and the professionals here handled it with ease. Jesse personally handled all of the ins and outs of dealing with my car insurance company that wouldn’t pay for OEM parts even though my car was under warranty. He and I were on the same page about using only quality, OEM parts in my car and not cheap after market parts as that would be unsafe, was not recommended by my vehicle’s manufacturer, and would void the remaining 6 years on my car’s warranty. My chevy Tahoe was rear ended,a dn being new the the area, I needed to find a new body shop. I'm REALLY HAPPY that I found Capitola Auto Body / Jerry Graham. This shop did a GREAT job on the repair -- my SUV looks like new again. Courteous team, fast service, and fair pricing. I'd highly recommend this shop.

I have had two vehicles that needed body work. In each case, the repairs made the car look showroom new. The work was completed on time or earlier than promised. I cannot recommend Jerry Graham Auto Body (CAB) too highly.
