Scott is awesome to work with. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable that my Jeep would be in good hands. And let me tell you my jeep looks beautiful like it never was in an accident. I highly recommend Jerry’s collision.

Dec 1st damage occurred to the rear bumper of my vehicle as I was hit by another driver. My first stop was Elgin Jeep Chrysler to access the damage- another amazing facility I take my vehicle to - where they referred me to Jerry's Collison Center where I met David (Dave). So glad they referred me here. Because the other driver was at fault, Dave took on the responsibility, on my behalf, to connect with the other drivers insurance company via phone and email. Without conducting a proper inspection, he stated that the cost could be up to $3,000 based solely on the exterior appearance of the vehicle. This is despite the fact that the only part to be replaced is the front bumper. He also indicated that this repair would take one week to complete. This approach is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this place.

My vehicle has been damaged more than once and Jerrys collision center has done the repairs Every time. Scott is very personable and attentive to all your needs, even for handling your rental when needed. My car actually looks like brand new, perfectly clean on the inside and outside. I am very confident of having a job well done when using Jerry's Collision Center!!! I am super satisfied!!!
