We recently had a canopy installed on one of our company vehicles at Jerry’s RV, and the experience was excellent. The team was professional, easy to work with, and made sure the install was done correctly the first time. They walked us through the options, kept us updated along the way, and the turnaround time was quicker than expected. The canopy looks great, functions perfectly, and was installed with real attention to detail. Overall, smooth process, fair pricing, and quality workmanship. We’ll definitely be returning for future company vehicle upgrades and installs.

I’ve been coming here most of my life and just got absolutely ripped off by this guy. I don’t know if they have new owners or what’s going on, but we bought a heated RV hose, did not use it at all and tried to return it just a few days later because we asked around and found out he was charging twice the cost of the exact same item at all of his competitors in town, and then he refused to accept a return because it “has an electrical component.” Some of the worst customer service and prices I have ever seen.

Arrived in Bend on a camping trip… but propane would not flow. After some troubleshooting, I traveled to Jerry’s and talked to their staff. They confirmed what I assumed was the problem: bad propane regulator. They had everything I needed and some tips for the repair. A quick swap out and I was making hot water again! Great selection and a very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Life saver!

I was looking for some screws that broke off my 5th wheel. They didn't have them and it was suggested that they were not anything that they has seen before. He made some good suggestions on what to get to replace them.

When nobody could help us (not AAA, not Les Schwab,etc.), Kirby from Jerry's RV Service Center fixed us enough to get us off the side of the road where we had been stranded for about 21 hours. He the followed us to his shop. The trailer had to stay overnight, but they fixed it quickly and completely, and got us back on the road at very reasonable price. I would give this business 10 stars if they were available, I would not hesitate to recommend Jerry's. Thank you all very much!!
