Jerry's Service Center

I could not be happier with the way my car - and myself - were treated during our recent trip to Jerry's. For someone like me who isn't well-versed in automotive mechanics, having people like the staff at Jerry's explain things in easy-to-understand terms and take my questions seriously was a refreshing change. Jerry's takes "customer service" to new level, and the turnaround time on my car was outstanding. Great mechanics, great customer service, great people.

I had a flat tire and just happened to see Jerry's Service Centered as I pulled over to take a look at how bad it was. Was able to drive my vehicle over and the guys there were amazing! I know they were busy, but they were willing take a look and fix tire w/ a tire plug! They didn't try to pull anything over on me and just were the best! You made my day! Thank you Jerry's Service Center so much for your help and being willing to get my vehicle in right then and there. I really appreciate it!

I have been going here for years and will not go anywhere else. I always feel like they're the best kept secret in town. They consistently go above and beyond with my car; replacing lug nuts as they get worn, monitoring fluid levels, offering timelines on brakes and tires, the list goes on! They are honest and always tell me if something is urgent, or if it can be put off until the next time. I am so appreciative of these guys and recommend them to everyone!

I brought my car in without an appointment. They were unable to accommodate me immediately which was okay, however they were able to service my car that same week. I needed a new wheel and also needed to get some grinding noises I've been hearing checked out. I was greeted by a very kind technician. They took the time to listen to my concerns and also educated me on questions I had. Prices were very reasonable. Will be coming back here for any future car issues or maintenance.

I've been trusting my vehicles to Shane and Scott at Jerry's for years. They do great work, their prices are reasonable, and they are honest folks. I'm very picky about my mechanics, but recommend these guys to everyone! They go the extra mile and really do make you feel like family! Thanks guys!
