I’m very disappointed with this service. My truck went through an inspection because of low tire pressure. The service was only about 3 miles away, but the technician took more than an hour to arrive. The tire pressure should have been at least 100 PSI, but he only inflated them to 80 PSI. When I asked him to make it 100 as required, he refused and said it was “good enough.” Clearly, he didn’t want to work properly. After that, I had to wait another 30 minutes just for him to sign the paperwork. When I asked him to hurry up, he said he hadn’t received payment from the company yet. I checked with the company, and they confirmed that payment was already made. The technician’s attitude was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful — even showing some racist behavior. Prices were best around and was more concerned about me getting warm and my dog. Would highly recommend this company, driver was very friendly and professional even gave me and my dog a ride to the hotel.

I was in kwik trip trick stop under 2 mile from them my truck air compressor gave up on me on diesel ile and the the cashier gave me their number just to park my truck on their parking. The lady said $500/hrs 2 hour minimum.... I hung up the phone.

I called this company to jumpstart my semi truck less than a mile from their shop, and they quoted me at least $600 for the job. That price is outrageously high and unfair, especially since most roadside services charge between $200 and $275 for a semi truck jump start. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of the situation and would not recommend them to anyone needing honest, reasonable service

01/21/2025, outside temp -9 in the area. We had a stuck 5th wheel. Tried 20 shops, no one was willing to help but Jerry's, had the 5th wheel clean up, greased it and got charged 0, guy said they used about 10 cents of liquid grease. Really great and understanding people. Place to go for help.
