The staff were friendly and professional, and the facility is comfortable for drivers. The main issue was the long wait due to no Freightliner parts being available, which delayed my repair for 12 days. Once the parts arrived, they fixed my truck in just two hours. Better parts availability would greatly improve the overall experience.

Premier worked with me to replace a radiator on an older motorhome which required doing some modifications to get the non OEM radiator to work. It wasn’t cheap but replacing the coach wouldn’t be either. I appreciated them taking it on!

I highly recommend there costumer services the quality repair thorough inspection. In October we had a problem with our vehicle. It needed State inspection, oil and filters changed, wiring repaired. Fortunately, we were able to start the vehicle and get it over to Premier Truck Group they got it in right away and had it completed and ready to go the next morning. This vehicle is needed to transport people to and from important community and church functions. I failed to mention the air leak that caused the door to malfunction, this could have caused problems in an emergency. The service that was completed improved the brake system, the door and the time required for air pressure to reach operation.
