Dan is a class act and a skilled, knowledgeable mechanic. He recently completed work on my '69 F-250, a truck that he had restored about a decade ago under previous ownership. Dan's original build was awesome, but there were a bunch of deferred maintenance items that needed attention. Dan handled all of it. I really liked the way the truck drove before I met Dan and love the way it drives after he completed his work. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Hired him to replace my driveshaft in my Audi Q7 and he kept me updated daily with shipping on the part and within hours of it being delivered he called me to let me know it was finished. It speaks volumes of his work when even the tow company/driver sings his praises. He’s a one man mechanic shop that specializes in custom rebuilds, will definitely be taking my Ford Mustang back to him for some upgrades! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I had the worst experience here and I know there are many good reviews, that’s why I hired Dan to rebuild my motor. I brought Dan my 400 motor to get rebuilt in Jan 2024 and was told I’d get a custom cam, new pistons, etc that would increase performance and add horsepower. After 10 months I finally got my motor back, he told me 3 months originally. When I got the motor back and installed it in the truck I kept having issues with performance. Only to find out Dan just rebuilt with stock parts and gave me back the same motor I was spending thousands of dollars to get rebuilt. Another 7-8 months went by and countless trips to drop off my truck while he spent time trying to make it better, which never happened. I finally pushed hard enough to get a cu

Dan runs a one-man shop and is the mechanic I've been looking for for many years. He does what you ask him to do and doesn't try to up-sell you. His rates are reasonable and his work is excellent. I have a fairly old pickup, and he loves to work on old vehicles. I hope the positive reviews he's getting here don't increase his business too much and make it more difficult for me to get my vehicle in. :-)

There's nothing like a one man shop... when the man is a guy like Dan. He's a good guy, straight shooter, and knows what he's talking about. He's rebuilt my carbs for me, diagnosed problems, held my hand when I rebuilt my motor (rookie), and was happy just to provide me with information. He's truly an honest mechanic and gives you what you want, whether it's cheap or by the book. He'll work on whatever, but if you have a hot rod or something special, he's the one to take it to. I can't stand bad mechanics and bad shops overcharging you for shoddy work, not doing or doing more than you asked and charging you for it and blaming it on a miscommunication. I can't say enough good about him and his shop. Jesser Auto ROCKS!
