JESSIE'S TIRES SALE

We used this service to replace 2 tires on our work car. We agreed on the phone (3:00pm) about the price and mechanic asked us to leave the deposit of $120 dollars. We did. Mechanic came unprepared, did not have enough tools and skills to take the wheels off. Was asking if we have w40, really!? Took him forever to take the wheels of the car. Then disappeared for 2 hours. Was not picking up the phone, no eta provided. It was 9pm already. I started to put my 2 years old to sleep. Then mechanic came back to the car with replaced tires and started calling me non stop. I messaged him that I'm putting my 2 years old to sleep and will be in touch shortly. He called the police on my employee instead. Made a drama from nothing. Asked me to pay without providing the invoice. I requested the invoice.

Jessie gotta go he charger me 800 for one tire a run flat he was saying it’s expensive but I had a doubt that ain’t that expensive. He scammed me he’s not honest at all he’s a fin for your money. Idk how he still have his job what a disgrace from you Jessie you never answered my calls either you gave me a actual receipt where you got the tire. I know you steal me I just know you never answered me again only one time when I needed my job done and you get pay. My señor he left it bad. He did not fix it he did not return me the tire I asked him to give me. I’m disappointed I’ve get stolen from a place that it’s probably scamming many more

Great guy, bad mechanic. Broke my tire pressure sensors and couldn't manage to get my tires on without doing some pretty significant damage to ALL my rims. I could have done less damage doing it by hand. I also had to advise him to lift the car from the frame and not the body. Caused damage to my rocker. Making a weak point for rust. DEFINITELY has me wondering if hes ASE certified.

This place is a straight-up scam. I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional, dishonest shop in my life. Here’s what happened: Jessie made me Zelle him almost 30% of the money before the service, saying he had to “order the tires.” When I showed up on time, he suddenly added an extra $80 ($20 PER tire) just to switch a valve. No legit shop charges that — I called around and checked online, and it’s usually $5 per tire max. When I refused and asked for a refund, he threatened me with a $70 restocking fee unless I took his tires. It didn’t stop there. He made me pay him in full before the job was even done because he was in a hurry to leave. Then when I politely reminded him to balance the tires, he literally said: “give your brother some rest, we are busy, no balancing.” So he just slapp

Regardless of what they’re saying in these reviews, Jessie answered on a Sunday and jumped into action quick. I had a blown out tire and needed to be back home for my family. By the time I was done at the Celtics game, my car was ready to go and I was able to go home instead of being stuck in Boston. Thank you Jessie
