When I called, Wes answered the phone and he is so very kind and has excellent customer service skills over the phone and in person. I made my appointment with him and when I came in Wes was the one working on my car too. I got to talk to Louie for a few minutes and what a wonderful shop owner and worker he is too. They are very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable in their expertise of business and their prices are FANTASTIC!!!
