this crew at jiffy lube is the best! they are quick and fun to talk to. the services are affordable and they don’t tell you things that don’t need fixing, only what they’d recommend. all of the workers are so knowledgeable and i know my car is well taken care of when i visit here.

Stopped in for an oil change. Expert service in all regard. Helpful and courteous staff made the visit exceptional. After a less than ten minute wait I was able to pull into their service bay. I stayed in the truck and was glad I did as the crew asked me about things I did not think of on my own like replacing air filters and getting tire pressure up to par. The gal who engaged with me was as hilarious as she was professional. She put me at ease given this was my first visit to this location. Recommend coming here if you need your car serviced. They are very much a very professionally run operation.

I was very frustrated with how my car was serviced. I normally go to this location and have never had any problems. I went for an oil change and everything seemed to be fine. I have an older Toyota which has a computer malfunction that makes my check engine light come on but there is nothing wrong with the car. I was told after my car was serviced that it would not start! They asked me if I’ve ever had problems starting my car which I responded that I never have. They began to tell me it was a starter or alternator problem. It must of been a some kind of miracle because once I stepped out of the waiting area and walked over to my car that was being worked on it all of a sudden started. I noticed after driving off that my clock had the wrong time. That’s when I knew your mechanics literally

Had an oil leak issue from when I got a recent oil change at a different location. They were very nice, took care of it quickly and explained everything to me. I’m very happy with this Pearl Kai location! Thank you!
