Oil Changers

The Aiea location service was great. The service men who worked on my car was quick and efficient and the young man was very respectful! Time wise was very thorough and smooth. Had a lot of cars. I had a 4:00 appointment to go to. It was about 2:30, The wait was about 45 mins to an hour, with 2 cars ahead of me. I made it to my appointment in time. I had about 25mins to make it there. Very good experience! All of the oil changers was busy and had a long wait. It all worked out! Thank you

Normally I expect there to be a long line and for an oil change to take much longer. I think it was slow because I went in on a busy holiday shopping weekend when most people probably aren’t getting oil changes as much. I think it took under 15 minutes for them to finish my oil change. It was like a pit crew came out during a race! They offered great customer service and a very quick turnaround time for completing my oil change. I give them an A+

Poor service, I sat in line 2 hours only to be denied an inspection from the same place in the same vehicle (with no changes/modifications) but that’s not the issue. The issue is Christain knew he was not going to pass my vehicle from the moment I pulled into the stall which was to my surprise. This issue I have with that part, is him having me go around front and sit an additional 10 - 15 minutes before doing so. I will not get into the part of him seemingly taking his time with each vehicle moving nonchalantly, or taking those 2 hours to inspect 5 vehicles, it was just poor service with no apology. Just an attempt at small talk!

It was awesome experience It was my first-time and blessed the customer service was excellent!! I came and asked the ladies I need to oil change she directed me where to go that's the first and second these men where excellent and professional in knowing what they doing and on top of that customers get to stay in vehicle while they worked on your vehicle. Dat Is Amazing!!! Mahalo Nui!

Great experience for an oil change. Quick. Very friendly staff. Nice to not have to make an appointment and also to be able to stay in the car and not drag my kids and their stuff out. Fairly priced. Will use again.
