Jiffy Lube

My first time there so, I didn't know what to expect. They had awesome reviews online so I took a chance. The reviews were right. They were nice and respectful. The oil change took 15 minutes at the most. They explained everything they did (which was in my bill) they went above and beyond. The price was good for all they did. I will go back again. Thanks jiffy lube!

Update: their insurance denied the claim. Would be super cool if the owner decided to just do the right thing.. Just asking to cover the mobile mechanic, hotel as I was delayed several hours on a long road trip home, and a follow up oil change to inspect for any damage. Super nice guys, not super good at putting oil plugs in.. lost every ounce when it popped out. Still waiting to hear back from corporate so I can get my vehicle inspected as the engine was knocking. Will update with resolution and time taken to get to it. Update: I was contacted by the district manager after I followed up myself, per the instructions in the case confirmation email. I had not been contacted within the 72-hour window, and it turns out both my name and phone number were entered incorrectly into their system.

They got the oil change done quickly- 15 minutes- without cutting corners, allowing me to get back on the road in no time.
