Jiffy Lube

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube! They replaced my headlights quickly with fast and excellent service. Domingo was professional, efficient, and made the whole process easy. Timmy was the first to greet me with a smile. Domingo even topped off my antifreeze while I was there, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back and look forward to having my radiator flush done there in the future. Highly recommend!

I had my oil changed here a week ago at 50,400 miles. I brought the oil and filter myself. All I needed was a service. They charged me $113 which is ridiculous. After 700 miles the check engine light came on again and said it needed an oil change. What is this ridiculous thing?

I was with a competitor chain in Schaumburg for five years and finally moved my service to this Jiffy Lube. As a gal with limited car knowledge but who travels a lot with kid and dog in tow, I so appreciate Domingo’s knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond. My SUV hood is always getting stuck - he and Nick took the time to fix and open the hood, dig out a (filthy) cabin filter that has apparently never been changed in five years, and find out why my rear washer fluid wasn’t flowing. All with good humor, about 25 minutes before closing time. Top notch service - speaks well of the company that so many employees have been with Jiffy Lube for a decade or more. Thanks for the confidence before a long road trip - see ya in five thousand miles!

Stopped by yesterday after work and Domingo was able to fill up my tires with air. This may not be a big deal to some but for a woman and the weather being in the single digits, this was amazing and so helpful. He was very kind. Had to give him a great review because he deserves it and because of him, I’ll be coming back for work on vehicle. Thanks Domingo for being awesome!

They are killing it at this location. One of my best jiffy lube experiences. They informed me about what they were doing and what to look out for the future. They all made sure my car was in the best shape before I left. I will be coming back to this location again.
