Jiffy Lube

Thought I was getting a very courteous service when I saw them vacuuming and was recommended new windshield wipers for my inspection. (Ok apparently you don’t even need new wipers for an inspection. They lied!) Then I was charged $55 for the most expensive wipers and changed my oil filter without me asking, adding on to the already expensive bill. Overcharged.

After they completed my oil change they told me that they did not have tool to reset my warning lights. As I had a low coolant warning, I now need to redo the service to see if I have a leak. They also did not have washer fluid but handed me a receipt that said they had refilled. Also, receipt said they vacuumed floors which they did not. Valvoline may have a longer wait, but there is a reason

Overpriced in my opinion, the front staff seemed more of a family oriented get together but don't let that stop you from attending. The service tech agent was great. I believe he was the only person working the bay and had two cars in front of me. The wait was only 30 mins or so.

Best waiting area ever! Courteous and quick. I made a mistake about a promo coupon (from a competitor) and the agent was nice enough to honor a discount for me anyway. Thank you! I'll be back.

Incredibly rude employee was condescending and frankly aggressive towards me for trying to ask questions. Frankly I think their more concerned with offloading overpriced sports memorabilia than helping customers.
