Came in for an oil change before vacation. I usually go to the service department of where I purchased my car but they couldn’t get me in. Jiffy Lube was quick. Everyone was so nice.
Great place to go if you want it done quickly and for a reasonable price. I got my tires rotated, oil changed and air filter checked in an hour and they have a really good military discount. Dropped my wife's Jeep off right after, and they did the same exact service in the same amount of time! Highly recommend this shop if you want it done quickly and for a reasonable price!
The team in Auburn was wonderful -all of the guys were encouraging to one another and even teaching new guys along the way. Very refreshing customer service oriented environment!
Amazing service!! Outstanding customer service. Would recommend these guys to everyone. I would also like to note that they didn't try to upcharge me on anything I didn't want. Informed me on a few things they thought I should get looked at, overall great experience!
The higher rating is due solely to the managers comment. “Don’t bother checking the air filter, the car only has 18,000 miles on it. It’s not due yet”. This quickly told me they were not shark hunting for parts sales.
