I was quickly taken care of by Ray and Ralston as soon as I pulled up. Ralston had asked me for my information as my customer information was not in the system. He asked if I have ever been to a Jiffy Lube before because he wanted to make sure that I understood all of the services that he made his team perform during their oil changes. This was really nice that he was so informative and wanted to make sure that I understood what I was being charged for and what was going to be taken place during his routine oil change. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was done right. A special shoutout to Mr. Ralston Holung, which was the gentleman that helped me. I had to go here to get my rotors and brake pads changed. The guy said it would only take a hour but instead took 2 and a half hours. I’m not sure if they dragged their feet to get more money out of me because they charge by the hour for labor. They always jack up the prices. Which is why I usually avoid them. Staff is friendly though! But their prices are just outrageous
