North Star Auto Body of Baldwin

I was referred to North Star by a friend and I’m so glad that I was. From the beginning when I dropped off my car, they set up a rental to pick me up from the shop. The communication was great. I had an issue trying to reach out to the a third party insurance company and North Star was able to get the lady on the phone and three way me in! That same insurance company delayed from my car getting fixed sooner but once the work started, I got my car back at the expected date. My car looks so shiny and brand new. They even fixed some other damage unrelated to the accident! Mike, Chad and Betsy really went above and beyond. Thanks again!

My car was hit while parked and had some substantial damage. The care I received at North Star Baldwin was top tier. Mike and Danny felt like family immediately. They were kind, compassionate, worked directly with my insurance and even secured me a rental car. They told me step by step what was going to be done and approximately how long it would take. Happy to report that my car is GORGEOUS. She looks brand new. As an added bonus my interior was detailed. What’s not to love? I’m hoping to never need them again but I would absolutely return without reservation. Highly recommend these men and this shop.

After two accidents and two detail services, I can confidently say North Star is the BEST around. This was by far the easiest, smoothest process I’ve ever experienced. From the first phone call after the accident to the day I picked up my car—and even afterward—I was treated like family. The staff is professional, honest, and truly cares about their customers. Do not take your car anywhere else. North Star and their crew are absolutely top-notch!

I absolutely had to write this review to give a huge THANK YOU to Anthony Capone and his beyond incredible team at North Star Auto Body!!! They truly go above and beyond to satisfy the customer! I picked up my car yesterday and almost shed tears to see her back in immaculate condition, even better than the day I took her home from the dealership! Unfortunately I was dealing with vandalism that occurred, I needed body work done by someone I could trust and would take care of my baby, like it belonged to them. The utmost attention was paid to every single detail of my car, nothing was missed at all, these guys are class act! The new paint job just sealed the deal, she is absolute perfection again! Forget all the other places that you've been to!! Once you've had the opportunity to have your vehicle taken care of by these outstanding professionals, you won't ever go anywhere else. I can guarantee it ... The entire process will go smoothy from start to finish and while you're waiting for repairs they'll make sure you're in a vehicle during the process.... The only thing that doesn't sit right with me is the fact that I can't give this business more than 5 stars ... They deserve 10 Stars!!
