Rob ,was the Best he asked me what I needed to get done. He told me what I needed to get done. He gave me an exact estimate. I agreed. He worked on my car before I could finish my bottled water and a cigarette. Excellent Customer Service,Excellent Mechanic,and great guy at Jiffy Lube Thank you Man I'll be back in 3,000 miles

Dom was solid and in control with everything going on. Nolan, the upper bay Guy working with my truck was new possibly and was very receptive to Doms input with no grumbling. Solid group of leadership and guys. Plus, always love seeing Christ Glorified even if it’s through the apparel bearing his name! Update: My invoice says they filled the windshield wiper fluid and my tires, but the check tire light from the cold weather has been on for a week, and didn’t change after I left. Only needs to go up 2psi to shut the light off, so they likely didn’t do it. And my windshield wiper fluid light came on today. So wasn’t filled. Seemed to be helpful, but seeing several items not done that they said were, gotta lower the rating. Update again: Dom called back offering to fix things. I couldn’t g

3rd car in line but moved through very efficiently! Great service! I especially appreciate when I told him I do my own air and cabin filter and was requesting only the oil change he didn’t hesitate and quickly informed the team of my preference.

Had a great experience every time! They do well to train their new guys and are always nice. Don is a good leader and their team are all helpful to each other.

Rolled right in with no wait. Rob and his crew jumped to work and hooked me up with an oil change as well as diagnosing and fixing a couple burnt out tail lights (I had no idea) Rob diagnosed my battery and gave me some good advice but in no way pressured me to buy additional repairs today. Price was reasonable, crew was professional and I will definitely be back in 5000 miles!
