This location took great care of me. I arrived at the last minute, needing an oil change, and Manager Charles was very Courteous in assuring me that he was happy for my business and that the timing was fine. The next morning I had a long trip scheduled, so the oil change was important to me. Techs Cam and Tyler were friendly and meticulous about verifying that my service was performed flawlessly (Land Rovers need extra care) and the entire Crew made me feel very comfortable and confident. The Service was performed, the bill was less 25% than I have been charged other places, and it was a great experience. Ps. I was only passing thru, not local, and this Shop and Staff treated me like a long valued Customer. Thanks!

Wonderful experience. We travel all over and have had many poor or mediocre crews work on our cars at Jiffy Lube. The crew at the Bryant Arkansas store was one of the best we ever had. Was extremely happy with their work and how they communicated with us during our oil change. Clean workers and very friendly and knowledgeable about our vehicle. Nobody tried to sell me anything we didn’t need. Highly recommend this location.

There used to be a girl that helped us vaccum out our cars, she sprayed my car down before even entering the wash, I stopped going because without that extra good treatment it's just not a reasonable place to be washing your car. They do a pretty decent job working on your car and if it's a free wash it's worth it, but it is so not worth it to pay. It doesn't get your car clean most of the time it just leaves stains but my oil was changed pretty fast so I don't have a big problem with how my car was worked on. I just think they should have employees that care more because I don't see her anymore, so I don't even take the free wash anymore most of the time because it makes it more dirty than it was before. Without someone cleaning the stuff in the washing area it's just spraying dirt water

The vaccums aren't cleaned regularly and people with bed bugs use those things. neither is the spot underneath the car wash it's literally oozing mud and mold onto your tires, there is mold all over the roof and the entire equipment room is a hazard. They lie about which washes they charge you for, they will make you pay over 14$ for a wash when people who pay 7$ get the exact same thing. People do not know what they're doing at that car wash. They bought new vaccums and the still don't work. They make peoples cars infested with bed bugs. The car wash employees are LAZY I could be sitting out there for almost 30 minutes before the employee comes out to help, and the entire tunnel stinks, and always has trash in it. I drove 6 hours to my hometown (AR) for Thanksgiving weekend with my family when my oil pressure light suddenly came on in the middle of traffic and my car stopped. I was stressed, far from home, and unsure what was going on with my vehicle. When I arrived at Jiffy Lube, Mr. Charles greeted me with such positive energy that it immediately eased my nerves. He got straight to the issue, and within 15 minutes he and his team had diagnosed the problem, explained everything in simple terms, and fixed every issue they found. I am extremely grateful for the service they provided during what could have been a ruined holiday trip. Their professionalism, kindness, and efficiency truly stood out. This place absolutely rocks!
