Jiffy Lube

I was instructed to park in front of a bay. My van was in the garage within 10 minutes of being there and within another 13 minutes I was out of there. Jiffy! Its in the name! The customer service was great! Friendly, knowledgeable. Not pushy to get sales, just let me know what was recommended and rendered services I selected, promptly. Still beating prices and times over other places. Will always come back to this location! Thanks guys!

Thank Goodness Jiffy Lube carries efficient staff! I pulled up they came out like worker bees 🐝 as if someone tapped on the hive lol. I was greeted, guided inside and sat down as the gentleman started their process of tending to my truck. Before I could get comfortable I looked up and noticed my truck pulling out. I was highly impressed at the detail that was provided. I was informed of every action that was taken. The guys worked with attention to detail and camaraderie that reminded me of when I served in the Marines, I was thoroughly impressed! They had me back in my truck and on the road faster than nuking a hot pocket on a hungry day! Honest staff, didn't try to push or up sell anything, did what I needed, and even told me a very honest mileage for future oil change, something most places don't. I'll be going to jiffy lube again for sure. Oh, and they were fast. In and out in definitely less than 15 minutes. So there's that.

Had a really good experience here. Fair pricing on a full synthetic oil change, communicated well before each step, and fair pricing on additional work offered. What pushed this to a five star review was their honesty - they noticed a light was out on the vehicle, and offered to replace it. When they took the assembly apart, they saw that the light was just unplugged, and not burnt out. They plugged it back in, reassembled everything, and didn't charge us anything. They didn't have to be honest, and they were.

I generally dislike going to get my oil changed, but this visit changed my attitude! The staff was so friendly, the service was fast, and they didn't push a bunch of added services and products (which, if I say no, makes me feel like I'm a neglectful car owner). They also cleaned the windshield and windows and vacuumed the interior. Felt like driving a new vehicle!
