Jiffy Lube

Jiffy lube did a great job at accessing the needs of my car. The oil change line was consistent and yet the wait time was equal to the task at hand. It takes about 15 min to get the oil changed. We drive a high Mike vehicle and so the oil change costed about $120.

Simple request, but Excellent service nonetheless. With the cold weather I needed some air in my tires. I was greeted in the parking and was quickly pulled up to the garage. Isiah was super efficient and professional. He had me complete very quickly. I’ll be back again when our oil change is needed.

Huge shout out to Bama for exceptional customer service and outstanding quality of work! I brought my Yukon in for the first time, and he took great care of it! I will certainly be a returning customer from here on out! Thank you so much again Bama!

Jiffy Lube is always my go-to, and today Tiffany, John and Jonathan made the visit even better. They were friendly, professional, and super efficient with my oil change. They made the whole experience smooth and easy. Great service as always from Jiffy Lube!

While the staff was professional, they added a “surcharge”, that they called a shop fee which was not quoted in the beginning. The manager said it is because they rent their tools and have to buy rags and such. That is part of doing business and should be included in the price that is quoted, not an up charge at the end that was not quoted to the customer. He said that was, “our bad,” for not explaining it on the front end. He did not offer to refund it. We have six drivers in our house,, and because this place is convenient, I hoped we had found our place for oil changes on all seven of our vehicles. However, we will not be going back to this place because of deceptive practices.
