Jiffy Lube

Overall very good experience. Met quickly with one of the technicians when I arrived. She was very nice and informed me of the wait time immediately. My oil change was completed much quicker than the original estimated time. My only negative comment is the price for the oil change. Nothing complicated or special about my oil change. No synthetic oil used, just conventional oil. Cost: $73.00+. The repair shop up the street charges about the same for ALL synthetic oil ( couldn’t get in last minute).

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. The crew was friendly and professional overall, but one of the team members accidentally broke off my dipstick and claimed it was already damaged. I explained that I had checked it that same morning and it was in perfect condition. Despite that, they insisted it was pre-existing and said they couldn’t do anything to help. Some of the staff were polite and understanding, but I was still told it would cost over $300 to fix—something that clearly wasn’t my fault. If this issue hadn’t happened, I would have gladly recommended this place. Unfortunately, because of how the situation was handled, I can’t rate them highly.

I always get my oil changes done here. The price is good, but mainly frequent here for the service. The crew is great! They always give me heads up on needed repairs, but they aren't pushy like a salesman trying to pressure you. I could see them from the waiting room, they were actually cleaning my windows! I thought that was very nice act of kindness! They're very friendly, and I enjoy chatting with Steve, and the manager ( ? Sorry forgot his name)

Always good service. I didn’t get her name, but the woman that greeted me when I first arrived and helped through the transaction was really great with communication. She also offered a discount I. My new wipers when I agreed to rotating my tires. Jiffy lube keeps it simple. The wait tends to be a bit long, but it’s no big deal. I like coming to this location because you can go across the street to get food or a coffee at the pubic market. Thanks!

It was a little busy when I arrived but I was in and out in about 30 minutes. My car is older so I was offered a few suggestions for future maintenance. Every one that I spoke with was very courteous and professional. I'll certainly return when I need their services.
