Jiffy Lube

I’ve had so many services at Jiffy Lube in Cranberry Twp, from oil changes to tire leak repair, new tire installations, high/low beam lights replaced, and state inspections, they never disappoint. They are very thorough, explain their services in detail, and have been very honest as to whether a service is actually needed. Their manager is top notch and very customer service oriented. I highly recommend them.

They were able to work me in for an oil change. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They explained the options for services in a way that was understandable, professional and not condescending. They were honest and fair while going over the manufacturer recommendations and reviewed my service notes to make sure I wasn’t charged for services my vehicle didn't need which we all appreciate, especially in this economy. I will go out of my way if necessary to go to this particular location! Check them out - Tell them the “southern lady” with the blue Subaru sent you.
