Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a Pep Boys / Tire shop. They were super honest and helpful with getting wheels and tires installed. Cam at the front is great! I highly recommend coming here for your maintenance needs

It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond the way he did. Derek is the reason I’ll continue bringing my car here. Truly top-tier service. Highly recommend!

PepBoys used to be my way of thinking. Then from one of my recent jobs who used Firestone (yeah tad ironic trusting another* corporations thinking before my own), and my experience has been much better. I’ll probably never go back, although their service doesn’t entirely suck, it’s subpar at best. Maybe if we could go back 5+ years they could seem half decent again.

We have a family mechanic but had an emergency situation with our brakes and Pep Boys Cranberry was able to get us in. We were grateful. First experience: Brake lines fixed. Expensive repair. (Over $1k) Second experience: Within months, brake issues were becoming obvious. The original job was under warranty, so we took it back. Upon picking the car back up, it was obvious there was still a problem as the brake pedal was going nearly to the floor. After another 24 hours, the problem was "fixed." Third experience: After another few months, the brakes began failing again. We took the car back to Pep Boys Cranberry as the original work was still under warranty. They "fixed" the issue. *** They have closed the case with NO RESOLUTION. *** Car broken and given to shop Tuesday July 29th 2025 Car returned Monday August 4th 2025 Vehicle was brought to the shop due to broken brake lines. Store employees lied about parts, price, hours spent on vehicle and what is considered 'reasonable' for this type of repair, and when the vehicle was promised. I spoke with Matt who advised me that all the parts were ordered at the same time. However, through my calls to the store the car was being 'worked on' three or more times (up on a lift). It does not take three instances to determine which parts you require for a repair unless you are ordering the parts in series as you need them. It is unacceptable for the company to string customers along while saving money by ordering only the parts
