Jiffy Lube

I went there 3 times. They ruined my 4 brand new tires with a bad alignment. Tires have lot of tread in the middle but the edges have worn out very badly. I contacted their corporate office and area manager named Eric Japinoski talked about other issues which may have caused this issue on all my 4 tires without any proof. Anyone with reasonable common sense should know all 4 tires do not get problems at the same time and same way. A bad alignment can do that. I ended up spending over $2000 which their $120 alignment should have fixed in the first place. My alignment is still uder warranty but they refused to help.

Everyone there was very kind and polite, they were very efficient and explained everything to me in detail. The boss there named Buck and his employee Thomas were very kind, there was another worker there also who is very nice but I forgot his name. The office was very clean and inviting. I had a $30 coupon for an oil change and they honored it with no hesitation and they did a wonderful job , Thomas also put some coolant into my car to make sure my car wouldn't overheat . I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location to anyone that I know.

I had an excellent experience with Thomas at Jiffy Lube. He truly went above and beyond, not just performing the service but carefully checking everything my car needed. Thomas was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things clearly, which made me feel confident and well taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who shows this level of dedication and professionalism. Because of him, I will definitely be returning to this Jiffy Lube and recommending it to others. Like these guys allot. Yes, Jiffy Lube is pricy but I dont have time to drop off and pickup around where I live. They do honor military and the discounts codes you get from being on the email list. That helps with pricing. Great guys work there, very friendly!

I am about ready to drop this place officially. I understand about their employee drama - but none of that has anything to do with me. Stop popping out the parking sensors on my car and we won't have issues. Whoever the new manager is....Ryan.... I will be back for you. I promise. When I call you over for a consultation do not pass me off to the tech when I need to file an objection to you directly. Yelling orders to people does not a great leader make.
