Additionally, they are military-friendly, offering veterans a generous discount as a token of appreciation for their service.

I recently visited this auto shop for an oil change, and it turned out to be the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had. Upon arriving, I was instructed to wait without any explanation. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I finally asked when I would be served. I would’ve waited longer if I never asked. Not really done in a jiffy, jiffylube. Once I was finally called, I was informed about other services that I should consider, but I couldn’t remember them all. I asked if I could get a written note summarizing what I needed to check, but the mechanic promised to do so but never provided it. To make matters worse, the front of their building displayed a price of $39.99 for an oil change, but when I received my bill, it came to $200. I’m not a mechanic, but I believe an oil change should

I would like to thank the manager and his entire team for a job well done. They overcame several unexpected challenges and took care of me as a customer. I will gladly continue to use their service. The service I received was a replacement of my oil pan.

The staff are very courteous and professional, it’s a pleasure working with staff at this shop. My service was done reasonable amount of the me. This is my 2nd time coming to this location and I plan on coming back. I’ve already recommend this location to friends and family.

Fast service. Friendly customer service. The recommendations on their other services were actually needed. Didn’t feel was trying to upsell just to get money. Second time going to this location. Will continue.
