Lorenzo runs an extremely professional and efficient operation. You can tell right away that he leads his crew well — everything runs smoothly, the team communicates clearly, and the service is organized and respectful from start to finish. Seth, the assistant manager, did an excellent job explaining what my vehicle actually needed without any pressure. He took the time to walk me through the recommendations and even price-matched local AutoZone parts, which made it clear there was no point in going out of my way to buy parts myself. Jasmine was so nice, she took care of all my needs today and her customer service was on point! She even called to have my Volvo filters ordered and delivered right to the shop. Volvo parts are rarely in stock anywhere, and she had to call two locations. Awesome 👏
