Les Schwab Tire Center

Was given to fix of leaky break after a problem that happened at Les Schwab from the problem the on my truck almost losing my RV when I lost my brakes. They tell me I would have to get the vehicle to this place so I had it delivered from an open vehicle to deliver. Les Schwab said that they would fix it in 2 hours so I waited. After 5 hours of waiting I was then asked him what's going on and they didn't tell me oh we're not going to have it fixed so you're going to have to come back tomorrow in the morning once we have new part. So I got there at 11 am and Les Schwab said nope we still don't have the part so we can't fix it so I had to carry all the way back to my house. I then called Les Schwab and said well am I delivered tomorrow and they come back and say oh we've had fixed for an hou

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The front desk gal, Kimberly, greeted me with a warm, friendly smile. She listened to my concerns and explained what was needed for my vehicle. The technician fixed my car quicker than anticipated and I was on my way back to work in no time. I felt the staff was welcoming. I will continue to go to this location even though I live 30 min away and closer to other locations. Way to go, Edgewood Les Schwab!

Yesterday was my birthday and I hit a curb on my way out and ended up with a flat tire. It happened right outside of Les Schwab and I pulled straight in. They immediately came to my rescue. Turns out I needed all 4 tires and they didnt have them in stock but they were able to get the tired from a different location pretty quickly and I got me on my way. Thank you for the quick rescue and taking care of me.

Very professional staff, my car was denied at multiple places due to modifications and they were able to work with me each time i needed an alignment. One tech even came out and made recommendations I believe his name was Adrian. Highly recommended for alignment needs on the fact that they give honest customer service.

Was headed to the mountains with an alert of low tire pressure. Pulled into Les Schwab, and they found a nail in my tire. Darien helped me straight away and got it fixed. Customer service was excellent! And got me back on the road pretty quickly too.
