Jiffy Lube

I was in town for work and needed my oil changed before I headed back home. Service was quick but thorough and everything they were doing was clearly communicated to me! Thank you Dylan, Robert, Caleb and Taylor!

The only place ill go. This Jiffy lube is not your normal quick lube. The techs are well trained and its the same group of guys every time I go in no crazy turnover and untrained techs. They also have an ASE certified tech to do small engine repairs/ brakes and suspension.

This was the quickest oil change I've ever had done Dylan and his team did a wonderfull job. I had them replace the cabin air filter and also put front wiper blades on. Easy no hassle service with a $20 discount. Thanks

So I get to Jiffy Lube, gonna surprise my girlfriend with the oil change. Instead of just taking my money, they came into the lobby and showed me that the oil looked brand new still. Instead of just wasting my money. That is extremely rare in today’s world, especially for a franchise. Thank you, Dylan and the Jiffy Lube employees.

The service was good in that they had to work to get a hubcap off to put air in one tire but they got it done along with doing the oil. It was poor in that they didn’t check the transmission fluid and they said they “don’t have engine coolant in stock” so they didn’t do that either! All this plus the manager in charge acted disinterested in the job and was basically not friendly at all. All this for a price of about $120??? I won’t be going back!
