Jiffy Lube

Came in in the morning and my daughter’s car to get an oil change flawless from beginning to end. Chris was very helpful at the desk. Came back later in the afternoon when I had more time to do a brake/Transmission fluid exchange I believe the young man’s name was Jay? Once again flawless from beginning to end. Great staff, wish it was less expensive, but cost of convenience.

Professional and friendly staff. Discussed all services with me before performing them. I felt my car was in dependable hands. Service charges were very reasonable. So polite that as I went to leave, one of the staff opened my car door for me!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Yesterday, I took my car here for a simple oil change, and I had a terrible experience. After I left Jiffy Lube the first time, I made it to Walmart in Evans and my check engine light came on. I went back and had them look at it. They told me they didn’t put my air filter back in correctly. The light turned off, and I drove home. I thought that was the end of it, but it was just the beginning. After driving 30 minutes home, I noticed my car was leaking oil. I called back and spoke to a manager who told me I would have to bring my car back for them to look at it because they couldn’t send anyone to my home. Then he hung up on me. Customer service was great! They were super helpful in diagnosing my problems, helping me find parts, and fixing the issue itself. Pricing was good for the work they did and time that they took to do it. Very pleased with the overall experience I had!
