Jiffy Lube

Mateo was awesome. He was friendly and professional from the time I got there, got me in and out with no pressure to buy any add-ons. About and hour after I left I realized I left my water bottle there. I called since it was almost closing time and Mateo and Skyler assured me they'd stick around for a few extra minutes so I was able to get back and pick it up. Great customer service and experience!

I have recently had two oil changes for different vehicles at this Jiffy Lube and both times have had great experiences! While all the staff I’ve interacted with have been so kind, I was helped by Sean each time. He has been friendly and informative. I’ve also watched him interact with a few other customers and was so impressed by his attentiveness and care for people; even when people were rude or abrasive he responded calmly with kindness, reassurance and clarity. Overall, the customer service has been great and they’ve worked quickly and well on my vehicles ensuring I was informed and got what I needed! 5 stars!

The staff at the Drake and College in FTC Jiffy are great! Hopped in on a Saturday afternoon and they were friendly and knowledgeable about what they recommend for my vehicle AND why they recommend services in addition to the oil change I went in for. I appreciate the positive energy and professionalism from the staff and the efficiency they had with my vehicle. I’ve gone before and I will go again. Thanks team!

The manager and team was so great. We had a time crunch and they went above and beyond to help get us out quickly. Mateo and another guy were very helpful!

I like the fact they know what they are doing, and will to answer customers questions and can actually listen to my concerns. The respect my automtive experience. Being a lady and being heard is important and they Do! Nice people. Been visiting this store for the past 6 years and they have never let me down.
