Jiffy Lube

This is a frustrating review to write. I’ve used this Jiffy Lube for a decade plus. Never an issue. Good staff and trustworthy service. But recently they damaged my vehicle. My radio console (Mazda) is not a touchscreen. But the tech must have thought it was. Broke my screen in 3 places. Now moisture is creeping in. Thousands of dollars in damage to repair it. Not happy about it. I’m going to find other places and compare their service for my cars now.

Service was great. My only issue is that I wasn’t able to use the date valid $30 online coupon I had, & the reason given was that it wasn’t for that particular location. That’s a corporate issue, not a customer issue, so it should’ve been honored. Still was able to use a $10 coupon though. Service was quick & convenient & they will tell you everything your vehicle might need, down to the cabin filter, tag light & rear wiper. Topped off ALL the fluids & that I could get them filled again free, for the next 3,000 miles. Overall the service was excellent & efficient. Will consider taking my vehicle there again. Thank you, take care & God bless.

I always receive excellent service at this Crofton location. The service personnel are professional and willing to explain in detail what needs to be done to the car. I like that they will prioritize services needed — helps with budgeting. I have had second opinions on what they recommend and so far this Jiffy Lube has been right on target with the service needed and the pricing!

The younger techs were so kind and very attentive. However, the so-called manager is extremely unprofessional and without any provocation said “well you can’t expect me to have the staff for tires one and half hours before we close. We aren’t a tire store”. Although they just started selling tires? I’m sure it’s a great place for an oil change just don’t ask for a tire mount and balance. Thanks again to the younger techs. Appreciate your help!

From the guy that checked me in the staff was nice. I personally want to shout out Rob. He was very educated and knowledgeable about my brake service. He not only reviewed my cars needs but showed me why getting my brake service is necessary. My car feels like new and i will be coming back to get the rear pads done. I thank the tech as well that took his time and completed the service in a timely fashion.
