Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

The GM, Laurie, should look into another field of work because she lacks basic customer service skills. I took my car to a different location originally but they did not have my tires in stock so they told me to come to this location. When I first arrived and told them the tires I needed the GM, Laurie, proceeded to make fun of me for the way I pronounced the name of the tire. Very unprofessional way to start things off. The other location had quoted me a price of $330 with my warranty for 2 tires and an alignment. Crofton location ended up charging me $280 for 1 tire. Laurie told me thats not how it works and told me to go to the other location if I don't like it. But this location was the only ones with my tire. The problems continued after they pulled my car in they said my battery d

Great service for new tires, TPMS sensor change and realignment. The only problem was we had an appointment scheduled and when we arrived we had to reschedule because they didn’t have any tires in stock even though when we looked on the website the day before it showed there were tires. Wondering if there is a way to make it better for future visits.

I took my car in to have all 4 tires replaced. Overall great staff, knowledgeable and not bad prices. The only thing I would say is they seem to be understaffed. But I truly have no complaints. I read reviews on this location off of 301 and it was mixed but I feel that they are a great place to go if you need tires I do trust them to do the job right. I recommend this location.

I had an excellent experience at Mr. Tire. The team did an outstanding job on my vehicle, and the service fit perfectly within my budget. Everyone I interacted with was courteous, friendly, and truly professional. It’s refreshing to find a place that delivers quality work while making you feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend Mr. Tire and will definitely be returning for future service needs!

Needed a tire to travel to my Military Drill. They found one, in one day, had my car to me the next day, early, when I needed it. Customer service was good, good attitudes, and informative. Only issue I had, tire cost $55.00 but ended up paying many fees which everything totaled about $140.00, would of been more but I decided to put the tire on myself.
