I always get good service here. My mom recommended this place to get my oil changed. Service is always quick and efficient. I appreciate them wiping my windows down too. Jamal always explains what’s going on with my oil change and recommends other services and products. Today they took care of me once again. My car was moving better once they took care of the oil change. If you want friendly and efficient service come to this Hayward location.

I went to get my oil changed the next day the whole bottom fell down I don’t think they tightened my screws to hold my oil pan and another part under my car when I try to talk to them about it they told me I had a major oil leak a transmission leak. They told me my engine light was on in my car and I tried to remind them that I just got a major tuneup like three months ago and because I drive so far I was getting a oil change a little early they made up most of the stuff cause they didn’t want to replace anything so I think I’m gonna have to get an attorney and pursue this because there was nothing wrong with my car before I went there a few months ago I took my Audi there in a few days later the wire to the starter burnt up and my car hasn’t ran since then and I’ll take another car here

I took my car in for an oil change and the employees were great. They completed the oil change and other car related services that they do for you. I will return as needed!

I like this jiffy lube location. Nice crew there. So far no problems.

Best experience, it was my first time coming to an actual establishment to get my oil change, and man, I was not disappointed. The customer service was amazing and beyond exceptional. Thank you guys for your help today.
