Quick, polite, attentive. I was greeted outside immediately after I pulled up. They explained all their services and add on’s but without being overly pushy/salesy. Thank you for the great job gentlemen.

I took my car for an oil change this morning. It was my first time at this location. It did not take that long to get it done, but mid-afternoon I noticed a fresh oil paddle on my driveway (picture) exactly where the car was parked. I thought it may have been an issue with the technician not cleaning under the car, but after taking the car to Costco to get the tires rotated, the technician at Costco let me know oil was leaking and had a considerable leak. I called Jiffy lube immediately, it was about 5 mins to close time. After telling the person on the phone that I took the car in the morning and the car had a leak, the response I received was that they were about to close and to bring the car on Monday. No questions at all, I responded that I could not drive the car on these conditions

The team was fast and efficient. Answered all my questions and made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle . 100% recommend

All the gentlemen were all so nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. I came in for a simple oil change to find out my brake fluid was absolutely depleted. They gave me the best sound advice and made sure I was taken care of accordingly. Very much appreciate them! I now feel very safe leaving today. Can’t thank them enough!!!
