Jiffy Lube

I've been going to this Jiffy Lube for years, starting with a fleet vehicle. Even though I didn't pay myself, they always treated me and the car very well and were friendly and efficient. When I ended up with my own vehicle, I decided to keep taking it there and have been impressed that over the last 7 years, this location has always done quick but good work. Deseree (sp?) is also very friendly and it feels like she's really looking out for the customer. Thanks for being awesome!

Stopped by Jiffy Lube in Johnston on a busy Saturday, and I was impressed with how quick the service was, especially during peak time. My usual experience with oil changes is getting upsold on unnecessary stuff and rushed out the door, but this wasn’t the case here. The oil change came with extras like cleaning the windows, vacuuming, and tidying up under the hood. They even cleaned up some leaking fluids and topped off everything that was low. Prices were good, and the service was solid. Definitely coming back. I highly recommend!

Started my vehicle... then stopped and focused on other vehicles... Perhaps they are instructed to milk out jobs...I know how long it takes to change oil....and this was dragged out....

Just so you know, the type of oil that your vehicle requires is what you will get( it doesn't matter the age). If you want something different, they will tell you to go somewhere else. When it come to services, they do a really good job. They're thorough. They made sure everything is topped up before pushing out of the bay. They even give you a quick vac and windshield washed.
