Jiffy Lube

My usual Jiffy Lube in Plainfield, NJ, did me a wrong by not applying (3) screws to my skid guard. Hence, I experienced some awful noises as the wind pushed the loose flaps onto the road when at speed. Sadly, it took away a couple hours from planned Ski trip at Belleayre but luckily Kyle & Eli at this location sorted us out properly, quickly and politely. Sincere thanks to them for a great job!!!

I had a great experience with my Honda CRV NYS Inspection. They work quickly and efficiently as opposed to the Honda dealership. Quite unexpectedly I got some great advice for future care, there by prolonging the life of my engine. Kyle did a thorough inspection and Eli was so helpful as well. I get great coupons online to help motivate me to keep returning to them. Nowadays every little bit helps. Thank you Jiffy lube!

Nickel and dime upcharges. Extra for 1/10th of a quart. $10 shop fee for anything other than an oil change. Don't top off antifreeze anymore, but will for extra $10. Told your air filters are dirty even when less than one season old (then charge twice what they cost elsewhere) Get the picture? Just like airlines. *discount* off an oil change that is 100% higher than 5 years ago. Was offered a discount for fuel system service the day before. When asked for it, was begrudgingly given. I will say they are quick. The other chains do the same things, but work slower.....

From arriving and being greeted to departure, I had the Ideal experience. Everyone at this location seemed to be motivated by the mission statement and their personal pride in giving customers a positive experience. Thanks

Never ever again The time they spent arguing and fighting they should of used that energy to do their job quicker. Over 2 hours for an oil change and I was the 5th car pulled in. Saw the hood of my car up for over an hour. Crazy too long Need a 000 for efficiency
