Jiffy Lube

I only get my oil changed at this jiffy lube specifically, I frequently travel from Topeka to Kansas City and whenever I need an oil change I stop here. The techs are great and always hold a conversation if you want to! Nice hometown feel to the shop which is cool since it’s technically a chain. I’d want to shout out “shi” specifically she’s super sweet and knows exactly what she’s doing she’s changed oil on my Mercedes show car and my truck multiple times so she knows my vehicles! Great work guys you have a good team keep it up!

Car got trapped during snow storm. Asked the manager if we could leave the car until the snow stopped. They had our car towed, never even called us. Dont trust people who go back on their word during emergencies. Cost us $300 to get back because they couldnt be bothered to be descent people for five minutes

Everybody was super friendly and helpful. They got me in and out really fast and made sure I had everything I needed. Great experience!

When I went to get my oil changed, they told me the computer was down so I had to pay in cash, when I came back with cash the guy helping me was so sweet! I believe his name is Diego if I remember correctly. I absolutely loved him, he was the sweetest car mechanic I have ever met! I will definietly be back in 6 months!
