Jiffy Lube

I went to get my oil changed and asked if they could check my tire as I believe there was a nail. I was told there was no one there to patch a tire. I was told to go to the lobby. No one came and talked to me. When checking out, I asked if they were able to check to see if a nail was in it, and she shook her head no. She told me my tire pressure light should go off. It went off when I added air to my tire at Sheetz. I came with my oil light and tire pressure light, spent $80, and left with the same lights on.

I came by yesterday to get an inspection on my vehicle. Was told to go to a different location when I asked when the inspector would be at this particular location. When I asked again was told today. I asked specifically if I come by at 8AM today the inspector will be here. Was told yes. Came by at 8AM and was told by the same exact person if he's going to be here at 8 he will be here at 9AM. Don't waste my time. I asked a very direct question, you could have told me. yesterday he wasn't going to be in until 9AM.

The service itself was very quick. However, the price for a simple oil change was outrageously high compared to other auto shops.

DO NOT Recommend this location at all. I am new to the area. I went to get an oil change and inspection because I have used Jiffy Lube before. I drove up and a lady said it was at least a 2 hour wait for the inspection so I decided to just get oil change and try for inspection another time. Lady told me to go inside waiting area and she would be there shortly, which I did. She did not take any information from me, not my name or anything. However, every customer after me she would come in with her tablet and get their information. About 25-30 minutes later, she came inside to say my car was ready. Good with oil changes and tires. Had a power steering pump replaced. It has wined since day 1. I reported it and was told they could replace it again but I’d be charged for it again! Had emergency brake work done. I just had to have the same emergency brake serviced again because one of the cables was wrong (too long). This Jiffy was the last one to service that emergency brake. I moved out of the area and have had to get this work done again (brake and pump) because it wasn’t done correctly the first time. I don’t give 1 ⭐️ often but paying for the same work twice is unacceptable.
