Drew & Tori were so professional, kind and helpful. Mechanic Ryan called me & talked through my concerns which was so nice! I now switched to this location from Wayzata and Im so happy with their Service Department and genuinely caring staff, they believe in doing the right thing.

I wouldn't buy another car from Kline. We purchased a 2023 Pathfinder 2 months ago that was supposed to be "certified". We went in for our 1st oil change and were told we needed a whole new exhaust for over $1300. We said there was no way we did damage to that vehicle and their response all the way to top management was "It was inspected" and the service guys tried to blame us because one of the items of damage was a scrape that was shiny. We took it to a legit muffler shop and there is damage, but it is very obvious the damage is old. The previous owner must've run over something. And even though we pointed out that their inspection report contains errors, like our non existent sunroof passing inspection, they refuse to take responsibility.
