Jiffy Lube

We've been going to this jiffy lube for many years, staff is always friendly, helpful and quick!!! But lately they've taken away teacher and senior discounts and theyre missing parts/tools that they used to have bc we came here again today and they were having problems changing our oil for a 2012 prius- We've been here plenty of times before with no issues.

This was genuinely the fastest oil change I’ve ever had. Jonathan L was awesome. We told him our car situation, mentioned the oil we wanted, and got it changed in less than 15 minutes. I feel like a lot of places advertise fast changes, but they actually delivered.

I arrived early in morning so I was able to get right in bay. The guys here are friendly and helpful. I needed an oil change; they also gave me options for oil system cleaner and oil treatment. I did take advantage of both(extra $50 and 10-15min) I was out in about 30 min and on my way. Big thanks to Johnathon L., Houston J. and Daveon M. All great employees these guys also helped me replace a headlight on my first visit. I would definitely tell everyone to go here for awesome service.

Reported my mileage wrong by adding a “1” to 80k so now CarFax thinks my car is 180k and completely messed up a trade deal. Huge mistake. Please train your techs that mileage is reported and must be accurate.
