Received great service! Very thorough. Even noticed that the dealership forgot to put a pice back on my car after a recall. Will be back.

I had my oil changed at this location 6780 Roosevelt Ave Middletown, Ohio 45044 last June just prior to driving to Tampa, Florida. About a month ago I had my next scheduled oil change where I usually take it at the Ford dealership. To my GREAT surprise the cover that is SUPPOSED to be removed in order to access the oil drain plug & filter were missing. I don’t mean that somehow it just fell off due to hitting something on my trip to Florida I mean that JIFFY LUBE DID NOT REPLACE IT WHEN THEY DID MY OIL CHANGE!!! They took it off, set it aside & either intentionally did not reinstall it or simply forgot about putting it back on. In either case it is UNACCEPTABLE!!! This is not only highly unprofessional but makes one wonder what other things they charge you for but never actually do! To say

Fast and easy every single time. I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me and I appreciate that greatly. I can't say that about other places.

They were very friendly and helpful. I knew I needed oil change but showed me how dirty filters were to get them changed for better gas mileage I was told. Very professional and quick got me on my way in about 10 minutes

Limped in to this Jiffy Lube with no oil and a dead headlight, but didn’t feel shamed or ridiculed. They just went to work getting me set up! I’ve never been offered the opportunity to remain in the car while the oil was being changed; how wonderful! I opted to wait in the lobby, but it is definitely an option I’ll consider in the future! They left my car clean (and didn’t mess with my seat and mirror settings!) and I felt that I wasn’t being coerced into buying unnecessary things. I was in and out quickly and felt safe and well taken care of while there. Five stars!
