I was disappointed with the service I received today (Saturday). The location was severely understaffed, resulting in extremely long wait times for everyone. I personally waited nearly an hour and a half before my oil change was completed, even though the didn't complete my total service. I’m left wondering why additional employees weren’t scheduled for what is typically one of the busiest days of the week, and why a senior manager wasn’t called in to help manage the workload. If staffing was truly that short, the business should have temporarily reduced operations to a single line, clearly communicated the delay to customers, and brought in additional staff from their day off rather than allowing such extended waits and lack of completed services.

The good: super quick, well staffed, and they weren't pushy about adding on extra services. As a woman who usually has mechanics trying to add a "critical" service or two, I really appreciated that they asked once and took my answer. The bad: they said they couldn't rotate my tires because of how they sit on my car. I drive a Chrysler Pacifica with standard tires. They had already started my oil change when they told me this. Otherwise, I would have taken my car somewhere else to get both services taken care of.

If you care about your car or your safety, go else ware. Went in for a standard oil change for my Audi A5 on 4/17 (invoice 61174). Couple weeks later my shield guard fell off while my wife was driving (a part that needs removed to change the filter). She almost got in an accident. I called Jiffy. They didn’t replace any of the screws and bolts properly (if at all). They said to bring it on in and they will take care of it. They ‘fixed’ it and sent me on my way. My fault for not inspecting it, but I trusted them. Again my wife drove it for work an hour from home and again if fell off and left her stranded. Come to find out Jiffy Lube techs thought it was a good idea to zip tie that 30Lb metal part to the chassis of the car. I had to take my car to a mechanic to get it fixed properly (

I came in today with a check engine light on needing an oil change. Nyeshia went above and beyond for me today. She explained my diagnosis and provided me with some helpful information to resolve my check engine light. If you haven’t done so already give Nyeshia a raise she is a rare gem.
