Jiffy Lube extended the offer to do this review: Took 2 cars into the Mount Airy Md location. Both cars got oil changes, air filters were pulled out and when replaced the clips were not clipped down on either car. The windshield washer fluid was not filled on either car. The tire caps were not tight on either car. Few miles and they would have fallen off. One car went in at 8am the next car went in at 10am. More people but same issues on both cars. Jiffy Lube is good for a fast oil change. Trust is a question... Are they filling the fluids, are they checking the tires air, are they cleaning the windows, and are they vacuuming the floor. Major questions for everyone to check and watch...

I give this Jiffy Lube 1 star, because that is the minimum Google will allow. On August 28, 2025, I received an oil change and tire rotation here. On November 12, 2025, I was driving down I-70 when one of my lug nuts came off, also causing my hub cab to go flying off the road (I lost both). I was completely confused at the moment what had happened (as it was very loud), pulled over, and remained stranded on the side of the interstate for a while. After ascertaining what had occurred, I was able to get the car into a shop, where they informed me that the people who had rotated my tires, did not torque the lug nuts, eventually leading to this unfortunate incident, and causing me to miss an entire day of work. Jacob, was extraordinary rude and disrespectful. I was at the counter asking for an estimate, and he said, "Are you going to get your oil changed or not, because I have other customers to greet." First, NO ONE was behind me - to be honest and fair, he just finished a car. Second, I was up there for about 4 minutes. He said they don't offer Senior Discounts and acted like he was doing me a favor to take a $7 off coupon they have to honor BY LAW as I was comparing basic oil change prices versus signature change. If they hire disrespectful kids like this, who don't get customer service and respect of consumers. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I took my car to get an oil change at Jiffy Lube today. As I pulled up the their garage I was met by an employee who kindly directed me where to park. I was asked for my vehicle mileage and what service I was there for. I told them just an oil change and I was walked to their lobby and told I could wait there. After about 5-10 minutes an employee named CJ called me up to the counter. He asked me if the info on the computer screen was correct. We then discussed several recommendations for my car preventative maintenance. He was thorough in explaining why they recommend. I decided to just do the oil change but appreciated being told what else I should think about to keep my car in good shape. 8 in the morning after my overnight shift at Walmart, My car battery stalled and would not start. Luckily, this local legend, father, and beyond generous mechanic from the local Jiffy Lube go out of his way to assist me in buying a new battery, then taught me how to install it myself which is priceless knowledge. Kind interaction converted me to a Loyal customer here. Thank you, brother! 🔧
