Jiffy Lube Multicare

I went in for an oil change. They tried removing my tires to do a rotation. They broke one of the lug screws, stripped another lug screw and sent me away saying that the screeching noise my car was making was from a loose lug nut. It has been my worst experience with Jiffy Lube on Gibson and San Pedro. Do not recommend. I had to drive down to another mechanic down San Mateo to get this issue repaired. Thanks for your response you gave me the number to the store. I was not able to reach your manager

Got in, got out, did what needed to be done… Guys were professional & I appreciated that they vacuumed the interior and cleaned the back window. Took care of maintenance & emissions test all in one stop – reasonably priced, clean lobby, free popcorn & soda and a welcoming team. Good job guys!

They knocked my radiator hose loose, which overheated my engine later that day, causing catastrophic damage that cost me $3,000. Of course, in their infinite wisdom, they refused to reimburse me, meaning I now must file a lawsuit. Do your own oil change because places like these are dens of ineptitude

everyone was nice and transparent. Out of different places I've tried jiffy lube in particular this location did a great job. Will go back.
